2 Figs stuffed with foie gras
A marriage completes between the duck foie gras and the sweet food of a fig. The whole was cooked in Sauternes for some more of taste.

Remove the figs from their packaging and cut into 2 or 4. You can suggest an appetizer or arrange on a bed of salad and serve with toasted triangles of brioche for a fine entry.
