La Ferme au Foie Gras was created in 1987 by Francine Laulanié, from the south-west of France, and she wanted to make her specialties known in her beautiful adopted city of Antibes. At that time, the shop offered mainly duck liver and wine.

In 2001, Marie-Rose Imberti and Thierry Missud took over the activity and had the idea of creating a take-away sales service.

To discover original and authentic specialties, Marie-Rose and Thierry took the road to meet their producers, explore the local markets into the smallest villages. This ritual continues every year for several weeks, where they travel through the southern regions in search of certified French products and natural quality.

The range has grown over time, and their search for novelties is constant in order to always better satisfy their customers.

Ideally located between the Provençal market and the marina of the old Antibes, the shop has built a reputation over the years, both for holidaymakers and for residents and workers of the neighborhood.

Today, gourmet sandwiches have become one of the most popular specialties. Elaborated from the products of the shop, the variety of sandwiches has been shaped with the time and the original suggestions of the customers.

Thus the «Dany’s Special» was suggested by a faithful client whose first name was Dany. He ordered his sandwich with duck liver, salad, smoked duck breast and a dash of olive oil. Added to the menu 20 years ago, it is now the « signature » sandwich of the Ferme au Foie Gras.

Freshness and quality are key words in our shop.
