2 Strawberries stuffed with foie gras

Advice to use :

For appetizer, slice the strawberry in 2 or 4. Or if you want to make a plate, slice in 2 and serve on green salad. You can also add a slice of duck foie gras half-cooked.

Preservation :

When you receive, you can keep nearly 3 weeks. You keep on your fridge, when you open the vaccum, you should eat them in 2 days. If you want to keep longer, you can freeze one by one.
